The Bureau Fraude Recht en Geldzaken Foundation (BFRG) was established by Bureau Fraude Recht & Geldzaken B.V. with one clear goal: recovering the investment losses of investors who have been defrauded by fraudulent investment firms. Our claims foundation is dedicated to anyone who has lost money due to unfulfilled investment promises — regardless of the amount and regardless of the type of investment.
The foundation was formally established on July 24, 2018, under the name Stichting Schadeclaimafwikkeling Bureau Fraude Recht & Geldzaken, specifically to file and settle damage claims on behalf of investors. Since then, the foundation has grown into one of the largest claiming parties in the field of investment fraud in the Netherlands, with over 2,000 active cases for GoodWood, ATF, and Floresteca investors.

Our vision
We strive to inform, advise, and, if necessary, assist victimized investors in collective legal proceedings, whether they invested through crowdfunding, forex traders, cryptocurrency, or investment companies. Our mission is to recover the financial damages of these victimized investors as much as possible from the responsible parties, including intermediaries, advisors, and the issuers themselves. We believe in a fair and transparent financial market in which investors are protected against fraudulent and misleading practices.

This is the administration office of Foundation Bureau Fraude Recht en Geldzaken. The administration office is the central point of contact for all administrative and financial matters relating to the foundation's process. Bureau Fraude Recht & Geldzaken B.V. is the link between the participants in the Foundation and the lawyers and other advisors who represent the interests of the Foundation. They ensure a smooth and correct handling of all administrative processes, so that the Foundation can fully focus on achieving its goals.

Since its foundation in 2010, Foundation Bureau Fraude Recht en Geldzaken has achieved significant results. We are currently involved in more than 15 collective procedures and represent the interests of more than 2,000 victimized investors. Through our efforts, the Foundation has grown into one of the largest claiming parties in the field of investment fraud in the Netherlands.
