Our Working Method
Registration
Everything starts with your registration. You fill in the registration form on our website with your personal details and information about your investment: which company you invested in, what amount, which participations you own, and any relevant documents you have. This form is the basis of your file.
After receiving your registration, we will contact you by telephone. This conversation is completely free of obligation — you are not committed to anything. We listen to your story, answer all your questions, and explain the possibilities in your specific situation.
Intake and assessment
During the intake interview, we discuss all the ins and outs of your case. We assess the feasibility of your claim and give you an honest and realistic picture of the situation. We explain exactly what the mass claim entails, what costs are involved, what the expected turnaround time is, and what you can realistically expect in terms of compensation.
Transparency is paramount. We do not promise you the moon — we tell you the truth about the chances and the risks. After this conversation, you decide for yourself whether you wish to participate in the mass claim.
File construction
As soon as you become a participant, we build your individual file within the joint claim. We ask you to provide relevant documents: the original contract or agreement, payment receipts and bank statements, received brochures and information leaflets, correspondence with the investment company, and any previously obtained advice.
The more complete your file, the stronger your position in the procedure. But do not worry if you no longer have everything — we will help you gather and supplement the necessary documentation.
Forensic investigation
Bureau Fraude Recht & Geldzaken B.V. conducts thorough forensic investigations. Financial flows are traced: where did the money go after you transferred it? Annual accounts are analyzed: is the financial administration of the company correct? Corporate structures are dissected: who played what role? And the actions of founders and directors are scrutinized: did they act unlawfully?
This investigation — carried out by our own investigators and international forensic experts — forms the foundation of the legal claim. Without this solid preparatory work, a successful procedure is impossible. BFRG has spared no expense or effort to carry out this investigation.
Legal strategy
Together with our specialized lawyers, we determine the optimal legal strategy. Which parties will be summoned — the company, the directors, or both? On what legal grounds — unlawful act (tort), directors’ liability, breach of contract? Which evidence is the strongest, and how do we present it most effectively to the judge?
The strategy is carefully prepared. Every detail counts, every step is considered. The goal is always the same: to maximize the chance of a favorable ruling for all participants in the mass claim.
The lawsuit
The joint damage claim is submitted to the judge. The foundation acts as the claimant on behalf of all participants. This is the moment when all preparation, all investigation, and all legal expertise come together in one powerful procedure.
As a participant, you will be kept informed of every development throughout the process via newsletters and personal contact. You do not have to go to court yourself — we and our lawyers do that for you.
Compensation
In the event of a favorable verdict, the compensation will be distributed among all participants. This includes your investment loss (the amount you invested), statutory interest over the period you lost your money, and any additional compensations awarded by the judge.
The distribution is based on the individual claims of each participant — you will receive compensation proportionate to the damages you have suffered.
