Who is this for?
This page is intended for groups of victims who did not invest in Goodwood, ATF, or Floresteca, but who have been disadvantaged by another company or investment structure. Foundation BFRG exclusively handles mass claims — meaning multiple people must have been defrauded by the same company or structure.

Which cases are eligible?
A mass claim is possible when the following conditions are met: there are multiple victims (preferably dozens or more) who have lost money with the same company or investment structure, it involves substantial amounts, there are legal grounds to hold the responsible parties accountable (such as unlawful act / tort or breach of contract), and there are recovery options — the responsible individuals must have accessible assets.
What happens after registration?
After receiving your notification, we will assess the case for feasibility. We investigate whether there is sufficient basis for a mass claim: are there enough victims, are there legal grounds, and are there recovery options? If the answer is positive, we will contact you to discuss the possibilities and potentially start a new mass claim.
This process may take some time — thoroughness takes precedence over speed. We want to be certain that a new mass claim has a good chance of success before we ask victims to participate.
