Bureau Fraude Recht & Geldzaken B.V. is going to the utmost legal lengths for a large group of investors who have all been financially defrauded by the aforementioned entities.
Bureau Fraude Recht & Geldzaken B.V. has therefore prepared a claim on behalf of the investors.
To this end, BFRG B.V. has established a damage claim foundation named: Stichting Bureau Fraude Recht & Geldzaken Belangenbehartiging en Schadeclaimafwikkeling Gedupeerde Goodwood – ATF en Floresteca.
Our damage claim foundation will shortly file a joint damage claim with the court on behalf of as many defrauded investors as possible. It is in everyone’s interest to act jointly.
For this purpose, Foundation BFRG will initiate proceedings against St. SBT (formerly SATT) and Floresteca. The lawyers of Foundation BFRG and BFRG B.V. believe that this is a strong case with a good chance of success.
Through highly thorough (forensic) investigation, the claim for the recovery of your invested capital by Foundation BFRG, BFRG B.V., and their lawyers has been made legally possible! Foundation BFRG and BFRG B.V. therefore ask you to join and participate in the legal process in which a joint claim will be filed partly on your behalf.
